Cup and Saucer Set, Checkered

This one-off cup and saucer set has been hand painted in red and lilac over our oatmeal clay body. The saucer has a wavy/frilled edge. The clay has been coloured with oxides and (Coromandel) foraged black sand.
Note : There is a visible black speck (possibly from a larger grain of black sand) on the inside of this mug, so it's been discounted accordingly. Shown in the 4th image.
