Shipping and Returns

We currently ship to Australia and domestically within New Zealand, but hope to offer more destinations soon.

Toll (now Team Global Express) couriers will ship your order. If no one is home to sign for your parcel, Toll will leave a calling card with instructions to contact them. Then you can arrange for them to redeliver the parcel or collect it from their depot. We can only ship to physical delivery address, not PO boxes.

We send orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week. 
Contact us if you need something urgently and we'll do our best to help meet your deadline.

NZ Northland and other regions 2-3 days  
NZ Upper South Island 2-3 days

Australian Shipping with NZ Post Economy Plus 3-10 days
We ship with Team Global Express and NZ Post and these are the standard delivery times they've given us. During times of extra demand these delivery times can be slower. 

- Available within the North and South Islands of New Zealand. Not available for businesses ordering at wholesale prices.
- For rural delivery addresses, an additional charge of $4 applies.
- Available when FREE SHIPPING displayed on the header bar, otherwise the flat rate of $9 applies.

This rate applies to all orders under $150 in value and the above terms apply.

We can’t ship to PO Box addresses, only physical delivery addresses.

We don't currently offer this as we all work flexible hours at the studio. But we do offer free local delivery for our Bay of Plenty customers, you can select this option at the checkout.

We offer a free gift wrap service with items wrapped in kraft paper, a jute twine bow and one of our postcards. Just leave a comment with your order in the 'special instructions for seller' section, and we'll gift wrap it for you. You can also write a gift message which we'll handwrite on one of our postcards and include with the parcel.

We want you to be happy with whatever you buy from us, so please contact us if you have any problems and we’ll work it out. Obvious courier breakages – if possible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving so we can claim with the courier. You definitely can still get a refund for any faulty or damaged items after that, but the sooner you let us know, the better. We are always open to discussion if the product isn’t quite right for you and guarantee our quality. Access our refunds policy here.
